1* Arkansas -36 #307056 starts at 6:30
Well Abilene Christian’s line move was legit as they won by 23 with the game never in doubt. Currently 19 games have been cancelled and that number will likely go up. Let’s hope this Arkansas game won’t be cancelled tonight as this spread may be covered by halftime. Mississippi Valley state is the worst team ranked #357 out of 357 teams according to Kenpom and they lost 70% of their scoring from last year. They have one stud player, Caleb Hunter, and that’s about it. Arkansas could beat this team by 50 with their second squad. I’m looking at a 112-54 final. Mizzou is very tempting tonight as Oral Roberts is bad defensively. I see another two games cancelled as I am writing this. Going to be a strange season, that is if there is a season at all. At least today is fun.
Biggest line move of the day is 698 Abiliene Christian who was -1 yesterday and is -7 this morning . I bet it yesterday at -2 because East Tenn state just about lost all of their scoring from last year. Other big movers are Missouri from -11.5 to -14.5 and Kentucky from -22 to -25. I’ll keep my eye out for any others.
Hello again, it’s college basketball season during a pandemic. Normally a home team has a 4-6 point advantage but with no fans in most arenas this may be reduced significantly. There are 123 games scheduled for Wednesday involving D-1 teams with about 90 games being on the board. 60 of those games are morning or afternoon games. As of a few minutes ago 8 games have already been postponed and that will probably be closer to 30 by Wednesday. I’ll be studying major line moves early on especially on the obscure games. Really can’t say if I’ll be posting many games early on or maybe just some opinions. This will be unlike any other season and it all starts Wednesday morning at 8:00am at SECU arena in Towson, Maryland where San Francisco takes on Towson. (maybe)
Finished the season on a nice 16-3 run to put us up over 60% on the season. Anytime you can hit 60% or better in any sport you are in rare company. 95% of the “professional handicappers” which you pay for hit between 40%-55%. Was very conservative this year and the strategy paid off. Wanted to make St. Louis a big play on Saturday night but didn’t want to jinx the streak. With some money line losers and all the juice figured in these are the profits. If you placed 25 on each play you won over 500, 50 on each play you won well over 1000 and 100 brought you back well over 2000. Had I posted some of my Vegas stay plays the results would have been even better. Good luck to all in their post season plays and for those of you who missed my end of the season run (you know who you are) there is always next year. This year, of all years, the underdogs should dominate the next couple weeks. (I’ll likely be on Central Michigan tonight)

Houston has lost 4 league games by a total of 11 points and they lost their last game at Uconn. Memphis is all over the map winning some big games but also losing to Tulsa by 40. Houston is the superior team here and are playing with revenge. Expect a blowout here. Maryland has lost two in a row and they need this game here for top seedings in the big 12. They will prevail here.

The Billikens are rolling right now and need this game to finish in the top four. They are tied with St. Bonny but the Bonnies have skated through league play with the easiest schedule of anyone. They have played the worst 4 teams of the league twice and won them all, St. Joe, Fordham, George Mason, and George Washington. That’s eight cupcake victories but when they played someone good they lost to Davidson by 29, Dayton by 26 and VCU by 28. I think we are getting a bargain at -5. NC Greensboro just lost to Chattanooga a week ago in their last scheduled game. Earlier this year at home they beat Chatt by 20. Normally I wouldn’t take a first round tournament fav but they are playing in Ashville, NC so they will have a huge crowd. This NCGreensboro team is really good having beat Georgetown and Vermont and only losing to NC State by three. They won’t lose back to back and should win by plenty.
