No official plays tonight.
Still being very cautious and trying to find mismatches more than anything and have been pretty good so far. Kentucky at home tonight after being upset may be a small play -24 although Utah Valley (just beat UAB at UAB) is no slouch. Also Belmont is a 25 point fav over an awful High Point team and Michigan state is a 36.5 fav over a horrid Charlston southern team . I did make a small bet on that one at -33 earlier the day. I have to believe that two of those three will cover. Our favorite team Mississippi Valley State plays tomorrow at La Tech. Will be looking at that line closely and even though they played well last game, they are still giving up points and La tech should be pushing that century mark, stay tuned.
1* Butler -9
Last night Duquesne shot 1-22 from 3-pt but that was better than Lipscomb who was 0-18. That’s 1-40 combined!! worked out at the end though and that is all that matters. Kind of the same scenario as last night as Wofford lost their two all-time best players to graduation and they are now just an average team which may finish in the top three in their league. Butler is in the upper half of the loaded big east and should roll at home tonight.

Lipscomb was great last year but lost four starters and their best player is questionable tonight. Makes no difference, the Dukes are full of talent and even though they are not in their home gym (construction) they should roll tonight.
1* Western Michigan -23 #307293 starts at 6:00
Was able to get 23.5 and bought half point. Also bet over 92 team total points. This spread will only go up. Sticking with a 1* play since the last two were also 1* but I still like it a lot. WM is probably not as good as central Michigan but still should score over 100 against a team which plays no defense.
No official plays tonight
Early season update: Have been very cautious in the early going this year as we don’t want to get off to a slow start as we did last year. That being said, the last two plays should have really been 2* plays or even higher, just loved them and both were over by halftime. Last year we bet on the Billikens twice and mizzou once at the beginning and went 0-3. This year the two teams are 4-0 ATS and the Billikens have went flying over the total in both games. The over/under takes a little longer to adjust itself so the over may still be the play the next couple games. Mississippi Valley State (worst board team in the country by far) is on the road for 12 straight and is playing again tomorrow at Western Michigan. The early line is 21.5 and 153, both are way too low. MVS has allowed 110, 143 and 134 in their first 3 games. W Mich just scored 115 at Wisc-Milw. I’ll be all over the team total which will be around 88 if the spread remains but I expect it to go to 25 and 160 or even higher. The line the other day moved 3 or 4 points in a matter of 20 minutes.
The other awful team is Arkansas Pine Bluff which cannot score much. They don’t play until Saturday. We will be watching both closely but this MVS team can’t stop anyone and we will keep betting against them until they do. (Still pissed about missing that Utah game) As soon as you can get a line on the game, bet it because Western Michigan will be at least a 1* play. As far as tonight goes, nothing sticks out except Vanderbilt, who went 0-20 in SEC play last year, but are big favorites tonight against Tex a&m Corpus Christi. Line opened at 14.5 and has gone up to 17.5. Just because it doesn’t make sense , i put a small bet on them earlier at -16. That game starts at 7:00. Good luck.
