Always need a little luck at the end of the game and we didn’t get any last night and the three at the buzzer to end the first half didn’t help either. Tonight we have the two best teams in the Missouri Valley winning 20 out of their last 22 games combined. We will grab the points tonight at home as Southern Illinois plays with revenge in front of their sellout crowd.
Tuesday play:
1* Dayton -5
Slu unexpectedly played a great game on the road at Richmond, their first game without Jordan Goodwin. However, tonight will be a tougher task at Dayton and Slu will have to play a perfect game to keep this one close. I know this Dayton team is not as good as previous years but they play well at home and Slu will have a hard time scoring in their second straight road game.
Sunday night play:
1* Purdue -8
If this game had been played two weeks ago, purdue would have been favored by 12-14 points. Since then purdue has lost three in a row and Penn state has won four in a row including a big win over Ohio state at home in their last game. Purdue rights the ship tonight at home with a double digit win.
