Back to back games this year have been money. Just play the team that didn’t cover the first game. It happened again last night with Fordham and UMass. Fordham won the first game easily and UMass won and covered last night. Kansas has lost two in a row and just lost to TCU by 10. Expect a big win for Kansas tonight. May have another one later but wanted to get this out there because I expect the line to keep increasing and last night it took a while for the e-mail to come out.

Not sure we’ve ever had two games that were never in doubt after the first five minutes of the game but we did last night. Tonight we will take SLU on the road to win. SLU has played really well against the bottom half of the league and RIsland fits right in. Auburn just lost and plays Miss St for the first time this year. Auburn has four losses but all to really good teams and Auburn is always in the game to the end. Just don’t think Miss State can hang with Auburn.

Back from sin city and hopefully have a couple good ones tonight. Michigan just lost at home to Ohio State while Michigan state just had a huge win over Purdue. Michigan is also playing with revenge. Arizona just played their worst game of the year at Colorado. They will be ready for USC who has won six games in a row, their last three by a total of six points. But the Pac 12 has a number of weak teams and that is basically who they have been playing and just skating by. Note: Since the blues lost to montreal in overtime, montreal has not lost since winning five games in a row being big underdogs almost every time.

It’s time for SLU to step up after losing three out of four. The formula for SLU is pretty simple. Play good defense and limit turnovers and the points will come. Their next two games are on the road at Richmond and Rhode Island then at home against VCU. That’s not easy so they better find their game tonight against St Joe who has only beaten Fordham , Duquense and George Washington since December.

Don’t necessarily like taking favorites on the road this time of year (Underdogs went 14 -7 yesterday ATS) but we will tonight. Loyola just lost at home to Drake. Loyola is not as good as previous years and will have a tough time winning the MVC tournament next week. They have three games this week to get ready and should get an easy win tonight against a really bad Illinois State team. It may be close for a while, and actually hope that it is, but Loyola better be focused this week to wrap up the number one seed. A double digit win tonight will start the week nicely.
