CHAMPIONSHIP MONDAY
Bowl trend: There were 8 SEC favored in bowl games this year and 2, Texas a&m and Florida, were underdogs. The two underdogs both got smoked. However all 8 favorites won and covered easily. This is Alabama”s fourth title game and they have never lost. The closest game was in 2009 when they only beat Texas by 16 points. the other two games Alabama won by 22 and 28. Hard to go against these trends although Clemson did dominate Oklahoma much to my surprise. Don’t bet your hard earned money on this game. Too tough to call. If you force me to make a play, I’ll say Alabama 29 Clemson 22. Gotcha!
